FASTE is the next-generation digital lifestyle concierge that turns luxury travel and tailor-made event into a one-of-a-kind experience. FASTE is currently preparing the official launch of its iOS and Android application, planned for the beginning of 2019.
INTERNSHIP: B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking for BtoB Sales Representatives who are motivated by developing new partnerships with high-quality and trustworthy suppliers in order to build the finest portfolio of luxury services and products worldwide.
You are responsible for:
- Establishing strong relationships with travel & lifestyle suppliers
- The promotion of our technologies to our current and future partners
- Collecting and implementing the offers in the catalogue
- Monitoring the suppliers when a client’ request is sent to them
- Interacting with the Lifestyle Assistant, IT and Operations Team
- Developing an acquisition strategy in accordance with the Marketing Team
You will be assisted by a polyvalent and dynamic team who understands the value of excellent customer service and can provide high level of service to all our VVIP and VIP guests.
Our main office is located in Paris but the position is open in different cities where we have chosen to expand.
- One years’ experiences in digital / travel / luxury / lifestyle / hospitality
- Deep knowledge of the apps ecosystem and a genuine interest in all things digital
- Comfortable with new technologies (SaaS, AI, Chatbot)
- Organizational skills, project management
- Knowledge of luxury local businesses, entertainment venues
- Spoken & written of at least 2 languages (English, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin,…)
- Ensuring promises are kept by following through on customer requests
- Independent, reactive, flexible and excellent problem-solving attitude
- Microsoft Word, PPT and Excel skills
