HR Systems & Analytics Manager - Paris H/F

Key activities & Tasks :

First of all, we'll be counting on you to be the Subject Matter Expert for our HR system, Talentsoft. You'll not only manage the platform, but also build up and roll out our various HR campaigns across our countries (performance reviews, mobility, compensation & benefits, etc…); you'll ensure that the system reflects our organization's evolution by job family and maintain a current job description database; and because our employee database is at the heart of so many other Internal Systems that benefit our employees, your systems integration and Single Sign On (SSO) expertise will be key assets!

You will have to collaborate with our external supplier for getting their support in solving bugs, requesting feature evolutions or changes of setting, etc…but it will also be important to get informed about technical upgrades, new modules' launches so that you can ensure a smooth internal delivery, training, support and communication either to our HR Business Partners or to all employees. Of course, deploying a new module always means to be able to collect needs and to technically reflect our internal HR processes. Indeed a platform never performs without a process guidebook on how applying our HR policies thanks to it!

Core skills & requirements :

  • You possess a Master of Business (MBA) degree or equivalent work experience (HR-related is a plus) and have 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS systems & project management, preferably in HR systems.
  • Your passion and commitment for Human Resources and your analytic spirit define you.
  • You're a committed person who can work autonomously with agility or as part of an international team in a rapidly-evolving environment.
  • You can demonstrate effective presentation skills during calls to the HR or Management communities
  • Your work experience in an international environment is a plus in order to deal with different business and people management cultures.
  • Microsoft Excel holds absolutely no secrets for you.
  • Your English is perfectly fluent.
