Account Executive - (Paris)

You’re a professional communicator, problem-solver and relationship-builder. As a fast learner, forward thinker and first mover you’re one step ahead of the rest. You always keep an eye on the needs of your clients and an ear to the ground of your markets. Data is your best friend and analyzing and optimizing is your passion. You love to get out of your analytical comfort zone to build lasting relationship with your clients.

You’re a relentless organizational mastermind and enthusiastic about all things tech, innovation and data. If you aren’t multi-tasking, it means you’re under-challenged, and having less than 35 unread emails in your inbox makes you feel lonely.

Your Mission:

  • Own accounts, fertilize and build deeper relationships to grow the customer lifetime value through opportunities you identify
  • Provide day to day in-depth account analysis and optimization of campaigns
  • Be pro-active and bring lasting added value to the customers with your smart insights (planning of promotions, benchmark of competition, etc.)
  • Deliver analysis and reports for commercial purposes through excellent powerpoint and excel deliverables
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
  • Participation in industry trade events and other marketing initiatives
  • Attend and present at meetings and trainings to develop account knowledge, techniques and skills.

Your Track Record:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Account and Digital Campaigns Management (ideally in display advertising or performance marketing sectors)
  • Strong understanding of the online media and marketing industry
  • Strong academics with degree in business, engineering, economics, marketing, or similar, or equivalent business experience
  • Possess a strong analytical background
  • Experience in consulting would be a plus
  • Extensive business network and solid references
  • Fluency and strong communication skills in written and spoken French, French mother tongue (preferred)
  • Fluent English required both written and oral, other languages (German, Spanish) beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to “translate” complex technology processes into meaningful solutions that address business needs
